Shipping and Returns
All items ship within 1-3 business days. If you need an item sooner, please send us a message and we will do our best to assist you. Items are shipped with tracking and ship only within the United States and Canada.
Returns and Cancellations
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns only accepted for damaged items. Please e-mail email@example.com prior to returning item.
For cancellations, please cancel your order before it ships. Postal losses that cannot be tracked in the mail system will have a claim opened up with the post office to try and find it. If your package's tracking shows it has been delivered, the agreement between buyer and seller is fulfilled. It is up to the customer to supply a mailbox that is protected from theft. Any packages that come back to due to supplying an invalid or wrong address will have to purchase another shipping label to resend their order back out again.
If an items arrives damaged, please send us a message with an image of the damaged item and a replacement will be completed. Please read item descriptions to be clear on what you are ordering.
